Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities:

Support daily office operations.  

Reviewing multiple email accounts, answering phones, greet and directing guests, filing, data entry  

Perform bookkeeping responsibilities through quick books:

Make bank deposits

Provide internal communications support by drafting emails, reports, memos, presentations, etc.

Assist in preparation for events/programs and services

Creating and documenting processes

Other duties as needed

Job Description

Required Skills   

Knowledge & experience with QuickBooks, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, CRM databases and software

Meeting and event planning  

Project management skills with the ability to coordinate activities’

Organizational and time management skills with the ability to create order

Ability to function independently and in team environment

Handle sensitive and confidential situations and exercise appropriate discretion

 Must be available to work flexible hours
